The purpose of the course is to make you more qualified for interviewing, assessing and ensuring a great process for recruitment. You will be aware of the various elements in the recruitment process and how you via tools can improve the quality of the process. The goal is that you are able to hire the right person the first time, so you avoid recruitment errors.

Through a focused questioning technique and an understanding of the pitfalls of recruitment, you will be more able to assess the pros and cons of the different candidates. You will learn the importance of good preparation and a structured process, and how to use referees when you asses the candidate.
